Clean-down and decontamination/disinfection/sanitisation service for clean rooms, hospital operating theatres, dust-free zones, Aseptic areas and controlled environments.

To achieve and ensure continued compliance to ISO Classifications, we recommend that clean-downs are performed at regular pre-determined intervals, and be included in the Customer’s Cleaning Programme.

CLP also offers Pre-commission cleans, post-maintenance cleans or Rehabilitation cleaning, when clean rooms have been compromised due to HVAC failure or other contamination.

We provide the cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment. The well trained cleaning team will be suitably gowned in appropriate clean room garments during the sanitization, which is a 3 phase process:

1. Initial Clean-down
2. Decontamination
3. Final Sanitisation & Disinfection of Critical surfaces

A Certificate of Sanitization is issued on completion, together with an Observation Report.
